Our Offerings
Om Deep Raj Yogshala Yoga Academy & Wellness Center offers authentic yoga classes and products focused on enhancing an individuals overall well-being. Our studio caters to people of all ages because we believe yoga is for everyone. This is a great place to find community and friendships that can help improve the mental and physical self. We are also proud to offer 200 HR and 300 HR Yoga teachers training. We strive to share with all the wisdom of our lineage for well-being of all life.

Every teacher a Yoga in Daily Life has been welcoming, accommodating and most importantly full of wisdom to share! A range of classes are offered for skill levels, as well as in studio or virtual. So far I've only attended a handful of classes but today- my body moved in a way that it hasn't moved in years! The mediation that is taught along with mantras has shown me that Yoga in Daily Life goes way beyond physical activity, and has helped me exercise my mind, body and soul. I'm eternally grateful that I "stumbled" across this beautiful community. UPDATE: I have now been attending classes for many months and my love for this studio has continued to grow! Yoga in Daily Life does offer RYT courses as well.

I have been taking yoga classes here in person and now online (because of COVID) for almost three years. These are the most authentic yoga classes I have every taken. All of the teachers are wonderful and there are classes for every level. Since I have been taking yoga classes here I have much less back pain and no more need for allergy pills. I can’t recommend Yoga in Daily Life enough!!

I tried this place on a groupon for 90 days. What a deal! Went 3x a week to help with plantar fasciitis recovery and alleviate stiff neck and tight hips from desk job. I love it!! Will continue a couple of times per week. Has helped with my posture, flexibility, breathing and handling stress. Never thought much about yoga until I tried it. Now a fan. Wish I would started this years ago.
